From the moment you call us, the Just Tyres "RACS" (Rapid Answer Computer System) enables our staff to quote from current stocks and prices, including any special offers. All Just Tyres Centres hold greater stock levels than most tyre retailers, so you should find immediate availability of your choice.

All Just Tyres employees are carefully recruited and trained to ensure that their product knowledge and technical proficiency is extensive and current. Our success depends on your satisfaction, so we also train our staff to deal politely and efficiently with all enquiries, providing helpful advice and unrivalled service.

Waiting time is kept to a minimum and we aim to have your car ready within thirty minutes, however difficult the task.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR CONCERN
We are particularly concerned about tyre safety. For your protection:

	We publish our own comprehensive leaflet, "Car Tyres and Your Safety", for you to take away. Please also visit the "Car Tyres and Safety" section on this site.
	We never use air guns, since these can damage wheel nuts. We always hand tighten and torque wheelnuts to avoid damage to the nut or the thread. This will ensure that overtightening doesn't cause you problems in removing wheels in an emergency.
	We always make sure that the tyre is correctly seated on the wheel by over-inflating the tyre to ensure it is properly seated on the rim before deflating to the correct pressure.
	We display clear safety guidelines for customers in the Centre. METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch/Delta, personal cheques and business cheques (by prior arrangement only).
